You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account — open Account, then Manage subscription, which takes you to the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: access and your shared links continue until that date, and nothing is charged again afterwards.
Subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel at any point before it ends and you will not be billed at all.
When a paid plan ends, paid features stop and shared links are paused rather than deleted — one portfolio stays open, exactly as on the free plan. Everything returns the moment you subscribe again. Nothing you uploaded is erased because a subscription lapsed.
Except where required by law or stated at checkout, payments and the one-time lifetime purchase are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service did not work as described, write to hello@prtfl.co within 14 days and we will refund the payment.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK), it is honoured through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Starting to use a paid feature during the withdrawal period may reduce that right where the law allows it; the free trial exists so that nobody has to pay to find out whether the product suits them.
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Paddle, not us, appears on your statement, and Paddle issues the credit note.
Refund and cancellation requests: hello@prtfl.co. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate date of payment.
