Terms of Use

Who you are contracting with

The portfolico service and the prtfl.co website are operated and sold by Individual Entrepreneur Ildar Ildarkhanov, trading as portfolico. In these terms "we", "us" and "portfolico" mean that trader. Questions, complaints and legal notices: hello@prtfl.co. Payments are taken by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record on our behalf, so Paddle — not us — is the seller shown on your card statement and the issuer of your receipt; see Billing below.

Service

portfolico turns a PDF you provide into an interactive online portfolio and, if you choose, creates a link others can open. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. By creating a share link you confirm you own the content or have permission to publish it, and you grant portfolico the technical right to store and transmit the file solely to display it to people who open your link.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or depicts abuse. Custom HTML embeds must not contain malicious code, trackers, or content that harms viewers. We may remove content and block accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Plans & features

portfolico offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team) plus an optional one-time lifetime purchase. Each plan grants specific limits and features (number of portfolios, upload size, premium tools, custom links, white-label). Limits and features may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions to a paid plan you hold.

Free trial

Subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Your payment details are collected when the trial begins but nothing is charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken on that date, then monthly at the then-current price. You can cancel at any point during the trial from the checkout receipt or by writing to us, and you will not be charged. The one-time lifetime purchase has no trial.

Billing

Paid plans are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which appears on your statement, issues receipts, and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which paid features stop and your shared links are paused (not deleted) — they resume if you subscribe again. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, payments and the one-time lifetime purchase are non-refundable. Statutory rights of withdrawal, where they apply, are honoured via Paddle.

Links depend on an active plan

Shared links and premium features stay live only while the corresponding plan is active. If a paid plan lapses, links are paused rather than erased, so nothing is lost if you renew. The free tier keeps its allowance.

Links & storage

Share links may expire according to the lifetime you set, and stored files may be removed after prolonged inactivity or service changes. Keep your own original files — portfolico is a display service, not a backup service.

Service availability & closure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice and, where practicable, a window to export your files; active paid subscriptions will be cancelled and any prepaid, unused subscription time may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. The one-time lifetime purchase grants access for the operational lifetime of the service and does not guarantee the service will run for any minimum period; it is not a security or investment. Because you keep your original files, discontinuation does not deprive you of your own content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, portfolico and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, or content posted by users, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.
